About the Role

We are seeking a QA Tester to join our studio in Da Nang, ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our Roblox games. In this role, you will be responsible for testing our games across multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile, and tablet), identifying bugs, performance issues, and gameplay inconsistencies.

You will work closely with our internal teams and partner studios throughout the entire development cycle to ensure that all games meet our quality standards before and after launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Game Testing: Thoroughly test Roblox games at all stages of development to identify bugs, glitches, and design inconsistencies.

• Multi-Platform Validation: Test games on PC, console, mobile, and tablet to ensure consistent performance and user experience across all supported devices.

• Bug Reporting & Tracking: Clearly document, reproduce, and track bugs using internal tools, and communicate issues efficiently with developers and partners.

• Performance & Stability Testing: Identify performance bottlenecks, crashes, lag, and memory issues to ensure smooth gameplay for all players.

• Regression Testing: Re-test fixed issues to verify corrections and prevent reintroducing previous bugs.

• Collaboration with Partner Studios: Work closely with external partner studios to help them improve quality standards and resolve issues quickly.

• Live Ops Support: Test new updates, events, and Live Ops content to guarantee stability and quality in live environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Tester, Game Tester, or similar role, ideally on Idle/tycoon/Roblox games or UGC platforms.

• Strong understanding of game testing methodologies and bug reporting processes.

• Experience testing on multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile, tablet).

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to systematically reproduce issues.

• Strong communication skills to clearly describe issues to developers and partners.

• Proactive mindset with a passion for discovering edge cases and improving player experience.

• Good English communication skills (written & spoken); additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus.

• Strong passion for video games, Roblox, and player experience quality.
