About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager specialized in the Roblox ecosystem to drive player acquisition and sustainable growth across our game portfolio. This role focuses on building and scaling key growth channels including Roblox Ads, Discord communities, cross-promotion systems, and Influencer Marketing

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, creative marketing instincts, and deep understanding of Roblox player behavior to optimize acquisition funnels, increase retention, and turn engaged communities into long-term players.


Key Responsibilities

1. Roblox Ads Manager

Marketability Testing (Validation Phase)

  • Run CTR-driven ad campaigns to validate game thumbnails, titles, and concepts.

  • Test creative variations to identify the most attractive game entry points.

User Acquisition (Scaling Phase)

  • Manage QPTR and ROAS-driven campaigns to scale user acquisition.

  • Optimize targeting strategies based on player cohorts and behaviors.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including: Retention, LTV, Conversion funnels.

  • Scale winning creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.

2. Discord Community Growth

  • Build and grow official Discord servers for RIVRS games.

  • Design structured onboarding, role systems, and engagement flows.

  • Organize community events, giveaways, and live activations.

  • Turn community engagement into player retention and advocacy.

3. Cross-Promotion Strategy

  • Manage player traffic across the company’s Roblox game portfolio.

  • Design cohort-based internal routing strategies to maximize user lifetime value.

  • Leverage cross-promotion systems to increase retention and LTV across the ecosystem.

4. Influencer Marketing (Roblox Creators)

  • Identify and collaborate with relevant Roblox creators and influencers.

  • Build content partnerships and marketing collaborations.

  • Track and analyze creator-driven acquisition performance.

  • Optimize influencer campaigns for scalable user growth.


Profil recherché

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working with Roblox Ads Manager and Roblox creators/influencers.

  • Experience growing or managing Discord communities

  • Ability to propose ideas for creative production (ads creatives, thumbnails, marketing assets).

  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing metrics such as: CTR, QPTR, ROAS, LTV, retention.

  • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset.

  • Fluent English communication.
