Descriptif du poste

The Product/GTM team is building and releasing new features and functionality every two weeks. In this fast paced environment, Go to Marketers and Product Managers are working in tandem to conduct competitive, market, and user research for new feature requirements. While building is taking place, Go to Marketers are preparing the launch strategy and executing on the plan.

As an intern, your role is to ensure user research can scale and to assist with product launch preparation and execution. Working closely with the Product team, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience, product skills, and work cross functionally at a fast-growing startup.

Your missions will be:

  • Support our three product squads (Grow, Data, and Engage) and Go to Market managers;

  • Assist with internal and external launch content (help articles, one-pagers, videos, how-to articles, etc.);

  • Build an internal repository of 30-second pitch videos for our revenue team to better understand our new features;

  • Maintain our user feedback hub and internal/external roadmap using Product Portal;

  • Conduct competitive research and share important findings internally via battlecards, feature-by-feature comparisons, and battling sales objections. Make recommendations on areas where we can improve our product;

  • Help execute on our external communications in collaboration with the marketing team for both product adoption and acquisition purposes.

REPORTING LINE

This job will report to the Product Marketing Manager.


Profil recherché

  • Previous internship in a fast-paced environment;

  • Final year internship.

MAKES A DIFFERENCE

  • Previous experience in Product Management, Go to Market or Product Marketing at a B2B SaaS company.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • The journey starts with a phone interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min);

  • This will then be followed by a case study to validate your practical job-related skills (2hour);

  • Then a face-to-face (virtual) meeting with the Senior Product Marketing Manager (1 hour) - 30 min on case / 30 min on Case Study;

  • For the very final round, a meeting with the VP Product and Go to Market.
