To strengthen our team and boost our growth, we are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing and Communication Manager:

We offer a position in a dynamic marketing and sales environment with the opportunity to work with international drone pilots. You will be supported by an enthusiastic, young and dedicated team.

The Junior Digital Marketing and Communication Manager will be focused on the planification, development, implementation and management the overall digital marketing strategy for Torvol and our mother company Red Pimiento.

INTERNSHIP TO START End of January/ Beginning o February for at least 6 months.

Missions:

• Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

• Manage the creation of content for a website or blog, including writing blog posts, creating infographics, or designing web graphics as well as press releases.

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Identify potential partners/ influencers that support brand awareness and regional sales.

• Identify trends/ insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

• Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range challenges.

• Keep updated websites and marketplaces.

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

• Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels.

• Liaise with Internal teams (Sales, graphic design) and vendors.

• Qualifications/Skills:

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills

  • Open-minded, curious, autonomous, fast learner, with team spirit.

  • Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities.

  • Customer-focused.

  • Eager to learn and take responsibilities.

  • COMPULSORY TO BE ABLE TO SIGN AN INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT or APPRENTICE CONTRACT (Contratos de practicas en España)

• Your Profile:

  • Fluent in English. French is a plus.

  • Master’s degree in marketing or digital marketing.

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (1-2 Years).

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

  • Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Meta, Google Analytics, Google Search Console,…).

  • Confident using CMS (WordPress) and ecommerce solutions (Woocommerce)

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and setting up/ optimizing Google Adwords and Meta campaigns

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
