👉A bit of context :

As a Buisness Controller, you will join our “Performance” team in Recommerce Solutions and Devices subsidiary in Bucharest, Romania. You will be responsible for driving performance and optimizing our smartphone, tablet, PC, MacBook, and gaming console buyback programs. You will work closely with the “Buyback” team, which manages buyback programs and customer accounts.

🚀Your missions :

• Monitor the performance of various accounts (profitability, economic performance)

• Implement and monitor performance tracking systems and key indicators (variances, trends)

• Contribute to the monthly financial closing of major accounts

• Set up bonus campaigns with partners and ensure accounting closure and reporting to partners

• Support Key Account Managers in preparing their Quarterly Business Reviews

👉About you :

• You got a bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration

• You already have a steady experience in management control, financial control, business analysis, data, or pricing and Affinity for business, data, control, and analysis

• You want to work in a position where you interact with different departments and partners

• You are willing to work in a fast-growing, multicultural environment

• You are fluent in English, with an interest in learning French

• Comfortable working in a multi-site team
