You will own the overall voice of the company, moving with speed between strategy and execution.
Corporate communications
Shape and tell Rail Europe’s story for media, industry stakeholders and partners.
Support the executive team on high-visibility topics and leadership narrative.
Internal communications
Build simple, effective tools and cadences that connect a diverse, remote-first team.
Strengthen culture with clear messages, rituals and updates.
External & earned media
Grow positive coverage across markets through press, influencers and KOLs.
Turn complex Product & Tech topics (SEO, payments, providers) into bold, simple stories.
Co-create campaigns with Growth, Marketing and B2B teams to support business goals.
Team leadership
Manage the PR Lead (and a possible junior).
Set priorities, give ownership and keep quality high with simple processes.
Global communications (10+ years): you’ve operated in international, purposedriven companies across markets; C1/C2 English. (Travel/mobility/travel-tech is a plus.)
Corporate & internal communications: you design and run a comms operating system, handle executive/crisis comms, and strengthen culture in distributed teams.
Earned media & modern channels: you’ve led press programs, worked with influencers/KOLs, activated partner & social channels, and tracked outcomes.
Data-backed storytelling: you turn complex Product/Tech topics into simple, bold narratives; you set KPIs, read dashboards, and run test–learn–improve loops.
Team leadership: you have experience managing a small team.
Senior stakeholder management: you advise and challenge C-level; you align Growth, Marketing, Product, Tech and Finance
