We are looking for a Clinical Application Engineer to deliver training and support for installation and service of our medical imaging software, designed to support the diagnosis and assessment of drug efficacy for central nervous system diseases. 

Reporting to the Application Manager, your missions will be the following:

Training Delivery: Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for medical professionals and technical teams, ensuring effective use of our imaging software.

Installation Support: Assist clients with software installation and configuration, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support to resolve user issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to provide feedback and improve software performance.

Documentation: Create and maintain user manuals, training materials, and troubleshooting guides to support end-users.

PROFILE:

·     Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

·     Experience with medical imaging software or related applications

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·     Ability to travel to client sites as needed

·     Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach

SKILLS:

 • Required

 o Knowledge in Python 3 and Docker/Singularity

 o Experience with VPN, Amazon Webservices

 o Experience with clinical IT systems

 o Fluent in English

 • Appreciated

 o Knowledge of Digital Archiving systems (PACS)

 o Knowledge of DICOM standard

 o Experience with neuro-imaging

 o Experience or knowledge in clinical collaborations and familiarity with regulatory   standards (HDS, C5, G-cloud UK, HiTrust, HIPAA, GDPR) is advantageous.

·       Offices located in Paris hybrid configuration preferred, full remote working acceptable
