Job Description

As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for daily transactions booking (Account Payables, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets), as well as the preparation of Monthly Closing activities and Reporting to Management for the US.

You will communicate with Operational team in order to properly book transactions, determine correct Accruals, and Provisions.

You will make sure that all transactions are recorded on time, every time, so Financials Reports are meaningful to Management.

Your missions will be the following:

• Daily Transactions booking, including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management Activities.
• Monthly Close Activities, including Payroll Journal review, Accruals, Depreciation book, Bank Reconciliation, Inventory Reconciliation.
• Control and Reconciliation of all Payroll Taxes returns.
• Production and Filling of Company Tax returns.
• Keep Financials Records compliant.
• Project Costing.
• Manage Annual Audit with External Auditors.

Profile

Required

• You have an Accounting Degree, or equivalent.
• You have at least 4 years of experience as an accountant.
• You are familiar with Monthly Closing Activities.
• You are familiar with an ERP (Navision, SAP).
• You have a problem-solving mindset.
• You are detail oriented and meticulous.
• You have a strong belief in quality compliance.
• You can communicate effectively and build relationships.
• You have good organizational skills.
