Descriptif du poste

We are looking for a Talent & KM Coordinator to support our Global Talent and Operations Team. Your role will be varied and interdisciplinary, with two main components: maintaining our Knowledge Management framework, and supporting our Talent team, at the global level, on activities related to Learning, Performance Management, and Staffing.

Does this describe you and your next role?

  • You’re motivated to put your skills to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
  • You have an interest in the field of Knowledge Management, and its intersections with Learning and Marketing.
  • You’re a team player who works quickly, independently and on schedule with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • You’re fluent in English, with excellent and professional writing skills. Fluency in French, German or Italian would be a bonus.
  • You’re very organized and comfortable with technology.
  • You’re able to synthesize information into manageable communications.
  • You are always looking for new ideas and ways to push the envelope.
  • You’re able to connect with and engage with colleagues globally.
  • You’re interested in learning about sustainability subjects (climate change, planetary boundaries...)
  • You have a degree in business administration, operations, HR, sustainability, climate studies, or engineering.

As our Talent & KM Coordinator, here’s a preview of what type of work your days will include:

  • Knowledge acquisition: participating in project debriefs and exit interviews to capture knowledge from consultants, and get them validated by the experts
  • Content management: maintain our Intranet, define ways to improve relevance, confidentiality and accessibility of our Intellectual Property, and optimize its usage
  • Project management: build strong connections with our parent company, Boston Consulting Group, to identify synergies and improvements, in the way Quantis manages Intellectual Property
  • Talent/HR support: depending on business needs and your own skillset and aspiration, support our Global Talent team in activities such as Trainings, Performance Management & Staffing

Over time, depending on the team evolution or your own aspirations, you will have the possibility to specialize on Knowledge Management, or on Talent/HR related activities.
