⭐ Your mission


As part of the tech team, you will contribute to Qonto’s success by creating the best IT environment and experience for all (1400+) employees.


Reporting to Xavier, our Senior Lead IT you will help Qonto employees work with internal technologies and make sure they have the best experience. You will be trusted with several tasks, like assisting users by solving support requests (authentication, access permissions, internal tools issues, …), managing the user accounts and their lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, external employees follow-up), diagnosing software and hardware issues on users’ devices, and maintaining the office videoconferencing systems. You will permanently maintain a high level of security and confidentiality.


You will join the team in Paris and work closely with Ibrahima who specializes in managing the A/V solutions. You will collaborate with him on international events and share the management of the local events.



👩‍💻🧑‍💻As an IT at Qonto, you will 


Manage, monitor: You will provide Qontoers with the best meeting experience by making sure that the audiovisual equipment in the meeting rooms is always in working order and provide support for any incident in the meeting rooms.

Coordinate, collaborate: You will collaborate with the Event manager to provide the best event experience to Qontoers. You will be in charge of handling multi-country live events by leading the technical aspect of events on-site and syncing with our European offices.

Support, advise, help: You will be the first contact for IT facilities and will guide team members through training and set up on the Mac environment for Paris local onboarding.

Maintain, handle: You will keep an inventory of all IT assets of the Paris office (laptops, phones, accessories, A/V equipment, spare devices, etc.) and manage the check-in and check-out of the assets.

Xavier, Senior Lead IT will be your direct manager.


Their path:

He started at Qonto in 2022 to build a solid and international IT and support Qonto’s teams growth in France, Germany, Spain, Serbia, and Italy. Previously, he had several experiences in project management, customer support and team management in companies such as SFR, eBay and Apple. Before joining Qonto, he built the IT tools and process automation to support My Little Paris rapid growth.

He will ensure you succeed in your new role by coaching you on the Qonto Way and helping you develop your problem-solving, diagnosing, and communication skills. You will be able to rely on him to access the internal resources and contacts you need to achieve your goals.
