Our first product, a connected alarm system, just launched in 2023.

    Descriptif du poste

    We are looking for a Growth Manager who is truly excited about building a disruptor brand and harnessing the capacities of connected technology to bring peace in our user’s daily lives. As a Growth Manager at Qiara, you will implement the strategic vision for the marketing and growth organization:

    • Design and implement full channel marketing strategies, including brand, creative, acquisition, and retention efforts

    • Design and execute lead generation strategies: new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, testing new approaches to capture existing demand

    • Drive online marketing campaigns: emailing campaigns, search, CRM, display, native advertising, social media, content development and optimisation, advertising, etc

    • Define and implement creative promotions strategies to be spread through viral marketing, or word-of-mouth

    Profil recherché

    • 5+ years of full-stack marketing and experience scaling a high-growth consumer business in D2C, or marketing agency

    • Strong understanding of performance marketing

    • Proven track record in driving sustainable customer acquisition at scale

    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data to generate creative ideas
