THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Technology Project Manager to join our foundational HR Technology, PMO, and Analytics organization. This critical team is dedicated to shaping how we deliver HR programs, driving innovation, efficiency, and significant transformation across the entire employee lifecycle globally.
In this role, you will be instrumental in leading cross-functional initiatives to implement scalable, integrated technology solutions for our worldwide HR organization. Operating in a unique hub-and-spoke model, you will ensure project governance, shared standards, and connected outcomes by closely partnering with functional teams in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the foundation of how high-impact HR projects are planned, managed, and delivered at a global scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and manage HR technology projects from concept to successful completion, defining comprehensive scope, critical milestones, risk mitigation, dependencies, and clear success metrics.
- Partner closely with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to accurately translate complex business needs into precise technical requirements, ensuring effective implementation and rigorous testing.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Analysts to align project execution plans with strategic organizational priorities, resource capacity, and dependencies across the overarching HR Tech roadmap.
- Ensure alignment and cohesive execution across the hub-and-spoke model, guaranteeing shared accountability and unified outcomes between central HR Technology and functional HR teams.
- Drive project governance, including managing key stakeholder communications, preparing steering committee updates, and ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.
- Coordinate complex cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendor partners, to ensure successful, on-time, and within-budget project delivery.
- Identify and implement best-in-class project management practices, scalable templates, and tools to mature our growing HR Technology PMO framework.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing HR technology or enterprise system implementation projects (e.g., Workday, ATS, CRM, or other major HR platforms).
- A proven track record of successfully leading multiple complex projects simultaneously within a global, matrixed organizational environment.
- Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical business audiences.
- Demonstrated experience partnering effectively with HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver robust and scalable technology solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a high level of prioritization ability, and meticulous attention to detail.
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Scaled Agile certification is highly desirable.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
