    Job description

    What we are building

    Pubstack’s product is an Ad Management platform (SaaS) for web publishers that was created in 2018.

    We currently work with over 100 premium publishers across Europe.

    As an innovator in Ad Management, Pubstack empowers publishers through a data-driven approach to building, maintaining, optimizing, and monitoring high-performing ad stacks.

    Pubstack now offers the only Ad Management platform that empowers publishers’ monetization teams.

    Thanks to its powerful technology, they are able to confidently build highly-efficient ad setups – faster than ever before –, to boost their ad revenue, and to make data-based decisions about their ad stack.

    Pubstack works with some of the best online media companies in the world –  including Le Monde, DPG Media, United Internet Media, Vinted, Webedia, and  many more – to ensure they can maintain high inventory quality, make more revenue and deliver exceptional content.

    The opportunity:

    You will be part of the Customer Success team at Pubstack. Working closely with our Technical Account managers and Customer success managers.

    You will be key to making our Publishers successful.

    What will you do?

  • Assist Customer Success Managers and Technical Account managers in onboarding Publishers
  • Be the entry point for customer requests once the onboarding is completed
  • Troubleshoot performance issues client-side or in Google Ad Manager
  • Escalate issues to the right team when relevant
  • Provide platform training to customers
  • Build content that can be shared with our customers (Help center, blog posts)
  • Provide/collect client feedback on products to enhance our product offerings
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Good programmatic setup and troubleshooting knowledge
  • 2+ years' experience in Adops of setting up campaigns/troubleshooting/optimizing
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JS
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager
  • Excellent writing skills in both French and English (Italian, Spanish, or German are a strong plus)
  • Strong collaborative and cooperative mindset that can work with cross-functional teams
  • A team player, a quick thinker, and a fast learner to pick up the industry nuances
