Within the Integration team, you will work closely with technical teams of Fintechs, Softwares editors, banks and insurance, and other financial institutions. Within that scope, your main missions will be:

Your missions:

  • Lead, oversee and support merchant integration from the initial analysis stage through integration design to the implementation phase and ongoing post-live monitoring.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, compliance and finance teams to ensure that the solution design aligns with the merchant’s business and regulatory requirements.

  • Take proactive steps to define the technical approach needed to meet merchant demands, evaluate both fulfilled and unfulfilled merchant needs, and propose solutions that maximize benefits for both the merchant and the company.

  • Obtain necessary commitments from merchant’s technical personnel to finalize the technical aspects of the integration.

  • Provide stakeholders with clear and consistent updates about the Integration Health and apply best practices and effective communication with merchants.

  • Provide to the product teams any suggestions for improvement put forward by merchants.

  • Assist existing platform-integrated merchants with their upgrades and expansion strategies.

  • Take charge of enhancing internal monitoring, integration tools and procedures.

Profil recherché

  • At least 2 years of experience in a position of Technical Project Manager, Technical Solutions Manager, Implementation Manager or similar within the SaaS industry. Banking environment or Fintech experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge about RESTful API integration and best practices.

  • Experience with coding in Python and/or other languages such as Java, JavaScript, and C, as well as familiarity with writing SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.

  • Proven experience working with Jira Service Solution or other service ticketing system and monitoring tools as Elastic or Metabase.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken), French will be a plus.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
