Location: Paris, France (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office in Viroflay).
Team: Content (Brand & Communications + Social Media).
Your role
We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern (alternance or stage) to join our Content team and help bring the Powell brand to life across all our channels.
You won’t be alone in this: you’ll team up with
Yvonne (Brand & Communications Manager),
Melissa (Social Media alternant),
and our Product Marketing duo Matthias & Trinity,
to create clear, engaging, on-brand visuals for a B2B audience — from website imagery and campaigns to sales decks and product visuals.
This is a great fit if you:
need an alternance or internship as part of your studies,
want to build a portfolio that’s more “real brand work” than “school assignment,”
and are curious about how design supports brand, marketing, and product in a fast-growing SaaS company.
You must be based in the Paris region and able to come to our Viroflay office 2 days per week.
What you’ll do:
Brand & visual design
Create and adapt visual assets for website pages, campaigns (email banners, landing pages, ebooks, infographics, digital ads), and event materials (banners, brochures, goodies, signage).
Apply and evolve Powell’s brand guidelines to ensure a consistent, modern, and engaging visual identity.
Maintain and improve libraries of templates, icons, illustrations, and visual components for reuse across platforms.
Product visuals & content support
Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to create compelling product visuals, including screenshots, mock-ups, and graphics for launches and updates.
Work with the Content team to turn ideas, copy, and complex topics (digital workplace, Microsoft 365, governance, employee experience) into clear, attractive visuals for the website, campaigns, and social.
Format and lay out premium content such as ebooks, customer success stories, and interactive content, ensuring visual consistency and optimization for various platforms.
Repurpose existing content (webinars, blog posts, customer stories) into visual formats.
Production & organization
Prepare files and exports in appropriate formats (web, print, PPT, social) and maintain an organized asset structure.
Participate in visual moodboards and creative brainstorming.
Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance.
What we’re looking for:
Background & location
Currently enrolled in a design-related program (Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, etc.) and looking for an alternance or internship (stage) as part of your studies.
Based in the Paris region and able to commute to the office 2 days per week.
Your creative toolkit (Skills)
Good command of design tools such as:
Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and/or
Figma / Canva / Affinity
A portfolio (school or personal projects welcome) demonstrating understanding of:
Layout and hierarchy
Typography and color
Brand consistency
Your verbal superpowers (Languages)
Your approach to work (Mindset & soft skills)
Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
Curious, proactive, and not afraid to suggest ideas (even half-baked ones — that’s what brainstorming is for).
Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on your work.
Organized, able to juggle several small projects and meet deadlines.
Team player: you like collaborating with marketing, communications, and product folks.
That extra sparkle (Nice-to-Haves)
Basic motion design or video editing skills (e.g. short social animations, simple animations).
Interest in the B2B / SaaS / Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Interest in or experience using AI tools (image generation, layout assistance, content ideation) to speed up your creative process.
