Responsibilities

• Be the face of the company and the go-to person for any local matter
• Handle relations with local authorities
• Ensure overall compliance with company’s policies, quality and safety standards and operational guidelines
• Carefully execute weekly quality check procedures & produce corresponding weekly reports
• Oversee the execution of local marketing strategies to raise the ridership, ensure the best brand reputation in town and educate our users about best practices
• Report to senior executives on progress and issues and prepare regular reports for upper management
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
• Be responsible for the overall quality of the service
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional city manager duties as needed

The ideal candidate:

• 3-4 years experience minimum in a management role (retail, manufacturing, maintenance, military, hospitality, restaurants, general business)
• Willing and excited to start a very intense job that does not provide your typical office hours, at all
• Master’s degree
• Ready to get your hands dirty
