Our team: Our role is to protect and at the same time enable the growth of the company by ensuring robust and efficient KYC/KYB operations. We focus on business client onboarding, carrying out regulatory checks and screenings, while continuously improving our processes to help prospects become clients. We work closely with marketing, product, compliance, and external providers to ensure a seamless and compliant onboarding journey for our clients. To help you integrate successfully into the team, we offer you :

Your mission :

• Conduct KYC and KYB due diligence on onboarding requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory frameworks, by contacting clients and reviewing their requests.
• Perform risk-based controls and screening, identifying potential red flags through internal tools and external databases.
• Collaborate in the four-eyes review process, ensuring a robust control environment through peer validation and escalation when needed.
• Engage with external providers, maintaining productive relationships and ensuring the quality and timeliness their service.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping optimize workflows, reduce friction for potential clients, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Help to shape the onboarding team as we grow and new colleagues join us.

What you’ll bring:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in operations or onboarding in fintech, banking, or a regulated environment; knowledge of KYC/KYB is a plus.
• You are comfortable with hands-on operational work, and eager to dive into day-to-day verifications, screenings, and controls.
• You possess a strong sense of customer relations, with empathy, and are are comfortable doing phone calls ;
• You are rigorous, detail-oriented, and methodical, with strong organizational skills and a mindset geared toward accuracy and reliability.
• You are curious and proactive, with a desire to improve processes and eventually take on more coordination and oversight responsibilities.
• You are passionate about innovation and/or fintech.
• You are Italian native or bilingual, and fluent in English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Mastery of Hubspot and Google Sheets would be a big plus.
