Are you always trying to find out how Spotify coud spread new amazing songs more efficiently? Do you often fume over your bank mobile app? Did you draw the plans of your dream apartment when you were 12 yo? When you read about a new startup service, do you launch at the same time your tablet, your smartphone and your computer in order to try it out (and find better ways to optimize the service)? Do you have the dream of building a probe connected to your smartphone able to trace your daily dose of ICal? Were you involved in your school cafeteria or in a bar (and you were the one dedicated to decoration and trying to find a solution in order to optimize the waiting time for people grabbing a beer or a coffee)? Do you organize special dinners with your friends in order to run shadow “customer reserach”? You can’t imagine a life without a smartphone - except for a visit to your favorite roller-coaster? Do you give feedbacks to Slack Team in order to optimize their product? Do you always plan your vacations for months, using Google Drive spreadsheets and datavizualisation, in order to choose the right destination? Do you spend hours talking with your friend about amazing experience you had with this brand, and the crappy experience you had with this other brand? WHAT COULD YOU DO?

As a Experience & Service Designer in the playgrnd, you will be in charge of your clients and your team happiness, while bringing genuine consulting & design to make “Experience = Impact” happen.

DETAILED MISSION

With the help of the team, you support your clients in the design of their services, digital products & businesses, towards a “Human Centric” approach, in order to generate value and impact.

CONSULTING & DESIGN

  • playgrnd’s methodologies deployement (systemic approach, human centered, impact & business oriented),
  • “Human Knowledge” (User/Customer research), including field exploration, interviews, trends watching, data analysis, personae, journey & experience mapping,
  • Strategy including benchmark, market studies, value propositions, business models, and business cases
  • Product/Service Design and UX Design, including information architecture, user flows, wireframes,
  • Workshop facilitation (collective intelligence),
  • Product management, user stories, backlog, product roadmaps, technical partners coordination, KPIs tracking, growth strategies,
  • Business development: detection of potential opportunities while supporting our clients in their innovation strategy

METHODOLOGIES & CULTURE ENHANCEMENT

  • Contribution to the “Experience Design” knowledge of the team
  • Contribution to methodologies optimization
  • Have a constant watch on market trends, and spot best practices
  • Participation to dedicated conferences
  • Articles writing

You may hear and say everyday the following words: human first, human centered design, innovation, service design, blue prints, lean UX, empathy, agile, data, and of course… “experience = impact”.

WHEN?

September 2020.

This offer is related to an full time position based in Paris, 75010.
Since we work with internation clients, and our team is multicultural, english is mandatory.
This job may require regular travels in France and Europe.

Profil recherché

YOUR PROFILE?

To become part of the dream-team in the playgrnd:

  • you must be open-minded, curious, empathic, passionate, proactive, detailed focus, result oriented, always willing to learn new things
  • you have awesome soft skills
  • you must have 5-8+ years of experience in a consulting company / design studio / startup
  • you have a strong interest in “experience design”, and relevant track record on this subject
  • you have a strong interest in digital, technology, innovation, startups, and human
  • you would be very happy to share your knowledge to the team
  • you speak a very very good english (mandatory, since we deal with international clients) et aussi un très bon français (à l’écrit comme à l’oral)
