Join us as our first Regional Field Marketer and take ownership of building our brand and driving growth in the UK. You’ll be the architect of our local marketing presence, trusted to launch innovative field campaigns and shape strategy for a market where your expertise and initiative will truly stand out. Working alongside a supportive international team, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, collaborate, and make a visible impact from day one. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and want to be the driving force behind our UK success story, this is your opportunity to make your mark.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute UK-specific field marketing campaigns and events, adapting global strategies for local impact.
  • Build brand awareness and generate leads through hands-on event management, digital campaigns, and creative content.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, partners, and the central marketing team to ensure marketing efforts translate into business results.
  • Experiment with new channels and approaches, using data and feedback to refine tactics and maximise ROI.
  • Take charge of measuring and reporting marketing impact, maintaining high data quality and sharing insights with the wider team.

We’re searching for someone who can pioneer our UK marketing efforts, thrive in a new and evolving market, and bring both expertise and a hands-on mentality to the team. Our ideal candidate brings  the following:

  • International marketing experience, ideally with a strong field marketing focus and product affinity.
  • Entrepreneurial, pioneering mindset, comfortable building from scratch, experimenting, and learning as you go.
  • Able to work independently and remotely, while collaborating effectively with sales, central marketing, and international colleagues.
  • Native-level English and deep understanding of the UK market; local presence in or near London/Brighton is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create, adapt, and localise content for the UK audience.
