Step into a role where your strategic vision and marketing expertise will directly shape our growth in North America. As Lead Regional Marketer, you’ll own regional marketing initiatives that drive demand, strengthen brand presence, and create measurable impact. 

You’ll collaborate with local Sales and Account Management teams, guide regional marketers, and partner with global specialists in digital, product, and design to deliver campaigns that matter. If you thrive on combining strategy with hands-on execution and want to see your work influence real business outcomes, this is your opportunity to lead. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy, tailored for North American markets. 
  • Drive demand generation and brand awareness through multi-channel campaigns, events, and Account-Based Marketing initiatives. 
  • Lead and coach regional marketers, ensuring smooth execution and alignment without formal HR responsibility. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and global marketing experts in digital, product, and design. 
  • Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimize ROI and inform future strategies. 
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and report on effectiveness to leadership. 

Our ideal candidate brings the following experience: 

  • Proven international B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology and field marketing. 
  • Senior-level marketing expertise with a track record of driving growth and managing complex campaigns. 
  • Broad marketing skill set across channels and disciplines, with strong strategic and execution capabilities. ABM knowledge is a plus. 
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills. 
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and Salesforce CRM;  
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
