This role is for business consultants who want to move beyond analysis and recommendations and see their work translate into real decisions and measurable outcomes. As a Business Consultant Real Estate at Planon, you operate close to the client’s core: shaping strategic direction, influencing investment decisions and helping organizations transform how they manage Corporate Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate.

You work at the intersection of consulting, technology and commercial strategy, engaging directly with C level decision makers. You turn complex challenges into clear roadmaps and business cases, while also playing an active role in expanding customer relationships and driving growth. If you are motivated by impact over output, ownership over support, and visibility at executive level, this role offers a platform where strategic thinking and commercial responsibility genuinely come together.

What you will do
In this role, you combine strategic Real Estate advisory with commercial ownership. You work at executive level with customers while actively driving growth and strengthening Planon’s position within the Corporate Real Estate market.

  • Act as a strategic Real Estate advisor for prospects and customers, engaging directly with senior and C level stakeholders
  • Drive commercial growth by identifying opportunities and translating challenges into clear roadmaps and business cases
  • Develop strategic Real Estate roadmaps for new and existing customers in close collaboration with Sales and Account Teams
  • Steer customer discussions on strategy and content level, identifying pain points and positioning Planon’s value
  • Support account expansion by extending Planon’s footprint through new solutions and use cases
  • Represent Planon as a thought leader through executive sessions, workshops and industry events

You bring the experience and mindset to operate at the intersection of strategy, Real Estate, technology and commercial growth, and you are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in complex environments.

  • 3+ years of experience in advisory or consulting, preferably in complex, technology driven environments within Corporate / Commercial Real Estate
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, able to translate insights into roadmaps, business cases and executive level recommendations
  • Proven ability to engage with senior and C level stakeholders and steer discussions at strategic and content level
  • Commercial mindset with experience working closely with Sales and Account teams to drive growth
  • Fluency in German and English; affinity with Real Estate systems (e.g. SAP RE FX) is a strong advantage
  • Living in either Salzburg or Graz, due to our offices being located there.
