Your impact as Account Manager
As our Account Manager Nordics, you will manage and grow strong partnerships with leading organizations. You will be the main point of contact for your accounts, from C-level stakeholders to operational teams, helping them unlock the full potential of our smart workplace and building management software.

 

With your consultative approach and market knowledge, you guide clients through product adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and providing tailored solutions
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans that maximize customer value and drive revenue growth, including identifying opportunities for renewals, enhancements, customizations, and service expansions
  • Skilled at leading regular business reviews to ensure alignment between client goals and Planon’s solutions
  • Collaborative team player with experience working closely across internal teams such as delivery, support, and product management to deliver seamless service
  • Track record of spotting and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities with clear, compelling value propositions

Our ideal Account Manager Nordics

  • Has 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise software sales such as ERP, IWMS, or other complex B2B solutions
  • Knows how to manage large, international accounts with multiple stakeholders and complex buying cycles
  • Builds trust at all levels, from operational users to C-level executives
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English; other Nordic languages are a plus
  • Works independently and strategically, with a commercial drive and a hands-on mindset
  • Knows the Nordic market and understands the culture and business context
