As Inside Sales Specialist, you help our sales team run smoothly and ensure customers get the best experience. Your work allows Account Managers to focus on building relationships and growing the business, while you handle the details. You’ll work closely with one or two Account Managers as a true team, acting as the operational point of contact for your customers. Together, you make sure customers always have the right support and a seamless experience. You’ll also benefit from a structured onboarding program and ongoing learning support to help you get up to speed and continue developing your skills.
What you’ll do
You’ll provide daily sales support to Account Managers in a role where no two days are the same. Expect a lot of variety, frequent switching between tasks, and plenty of different stakeholders to manage, both internally and externally. You will:
