Pernod Ricard is looking for its next “Procurement Intern”, starting in January 2024. 2 internships are available: 1 for direct procurement (bottles, packaging, liquid). 1 for Pernod Ricard’s indirect procurement to help with projects, activities and internal processes. You will be part of Pernod Ricard’s Direct or Indirect Procurement team to assist on projects, activities, and internal processes. You will be based at The Island, our headquarters office in central Paris.
Your key missions:
You will support the implementation the Global Pernod Ricard Direct and Indirect categories strategies:
Assist in drafting bidding documents, evaluation reports and contract award submissions, ensuring consistency in format and content;
Participate to suppliers negotiations;
Process procurement transactions in corporate systems;
Assist in the preparation of Purchase orders, contracts, long term agreements or their amendments;
Monitor expenditures against allocations.
You will provide analytical support:
Prepare statistics, reports and presentations;
Maintain performance dashboards and PR Procurement reporting tools.
You will support the organization and delivery of procurement initiatives:
Draft PR Procurement Internal Communications;
Maintain status reports on procurement activities and work in progress.
You will participate in the bidding / tender processes, which involves extensive contact with suppliers, internal stakeholders including procurement, finance, marketing and the NPD community (specific to the direct purchasing internship)

You are enrolled for a degree in areas such as: Procurement, Business/Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Economics;
You are familiar with MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint (also PBI for direct procurement);
You have an appetence for data and have analytical skills;
You are fluent in English.
