Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Strategic Intelligence Analyst intern for 6 months, from January to June 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
The Global Business Performance Department at Pernod Ricard's Global Headquarters (Paris) is responsible for the performance monitoring of the group affiliates. It monitors not only financial performance but also keeps track of competition and provides strategic intelligence to top management and the rest of the global business functions. It reports to the Finance & Tech EVP.
As part of the Global Business Performance Team, you will collaborate with the teams on strategic analysis, synthesis and recommendations for the Group. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mission 1 – Business Insights - Quantitative analysis of Market Data: Developing quantitative analysis of the Beverage Alcohol Industry, with a focus on Spirits and RTDs. These analyses, leveraged by the entire Group, are the basis of strategic recommendations for Top Management and are based on key industry data from different data providers (IWSR, Oxford Economics and other intelligence services)
- Mission 2 – Competitive Intelligence - Tracking industry trends and competitor activities and strategy: Regular monitoring of competition and emerging industry trends, development of summary notes to drive strategic and business calls. Follow up of these topics and animation of the internal social network.
- Mission 3 – Strategic Reports: Crafting analyses and strategic reports for top management on industry trends, competition moves and recommendations on strategic projects

- You are a final year student in Business/Engineer Schools or Universities equivalent.
- You have a previous experience in strategy, business analytics, consulting, category management, or market data providers
- You are fluent in English
- You are rigorous, detail-oriented, autonomous, proactive, with strong quantitative and analytical skills
- You have advanced MS Office Pack (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and previous experience leveraging large databases to generate insights, retail scan (sell out) panel data, and economic KPIs.
- You have strong business acumen, developed interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented and service-minded, able to work on multiple projects at the same time, interested in working in an international environment.
