S&R Integration Intern

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) Integration Intern for 6 months, starting in September 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

The S&R Integration Intern will play a key role in supporting our sustainability initiatives and driving positive change across the organization. The successful candidate will be supporting CSRD preparation as well as our risk and internal control effort on ESG topics.

Your key missions:

CSRD Preparation

  • You will contribute to build the roadmap FY27 including key areas of improvement

  • You will support the update of our Double Materiality Assessment  

  • You will help assess the impact of new ESRS requirements

  • You will source and document benchmark of good practices in terms of sustainability disclosure across competitors and a selection of industries

Sustainability risks and Internal Control

  • You will contribute to the Group risk assessment update focusing on ESG related topics

  • You will help review S&R related internal control principles

  • You will analyse affiliates internal control assessments related to S&R

  • You will support the Social Sustainability team in preparing the Vigilance plan updates for FY27 along with associated regulatory developments (CSDDD monitoring)

  • Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret sustainability data.

  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change
