Do you enjoy coordination, international interaction, and problem-solving? Join the International Customer Service team at Pernod Ricard France, a key link between our subsidiaries around the world and our production sites.

This is a sales administration role, not a sales position.

Following the successful internal promotion of a team member, we are excited to open this position to new talent.

Your mission

At the heart of the Pernod Ricard Group’s export operations, you will manage and monitor orders for our subsidiaries and third-party clients. Acting as a true conductor, you will coordinate workflows between various stakeholders: production, planning, logistics, finance, and marketing.

What you will do

  • Manage export orders end-to-end and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Lead communications with subsidiaries and take part in monthly supply reviews.

  • Anticipate needs and monitor key performance indicators (inventory, service level, reliability).

  • Contribute to new product launches and continuous improvement projects.

  • Proactively suggest ways to streamline processes and strengthen internal collaboration.

Profile sought

  • Higher education degree in business or logistics.

  • Experience in export customer service/incoterms, supply chain, or sales administration.

  • Fluent English (C1 level) and French, both written and spoken.

  • Comfortable using IT tools, including ERP.

  • Curious, detail-oriented, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills.
