We are looking for a Global Cybersecurity Architecture Director! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions:
We are seeking an experienced Global Cybersecurity Architecture Director to lead the design, deployment, and evolution of our global cybersecurity capabilities.
Reporting to the Global CISO, you will play a pivotal role in translating our multi-year cybersecurity strategy into actionable, scalable, and measurable roadmaps. You will ensure that security architectures and engineering practices effectively support business growth, digital transformation, and industrial resilience.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations, working closely with GRC, Cyber Defense, Global Tech and OT teams to protect both corporate and industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Architecture & Roadmap Ownership
Translate the Group cybersecurity strategy into multi-year, prioritized, and executable architecture and engineering roadmaps.
Define target security architectures for Products, Cloud, Digital, and OT/ICS environments.
Ensure alignment with business, industrial, and digital transformation programs.
Maintain a clear vision of future-state security capabilities and maturity objectives.
Drive technology rationalization.
2. Security Engineering & Solution Design
Define security-by-design and security-by-default principles.
Validate technical architectures for major IT, OT, and digital projects.
Provide expert guidance to Product teams throughout delivery phases.
Support the design and implementation of security solutions across endpoints, networks, identity, cloud, data, and industrial systems.
3. OT / Industrial Cybersecurity Enablement
Work closely with OT experts and Global Tech teams to secure industrial environments.
Support the deployment of defense-in-depth architectures in factories.
Contribute to the protection of production systems, industrial networks, and automation platforms.
Ensure alignment between IT and OT security standards and practices.
Support compliance with industrial security frameworks and regulations.
4. Technology Governance & Standards
Define and maintain cybersecurity architecture standards, patterns, and reference models.
Participate in design authorities and technical governance processes.
Review and approve major security and infrastructure initiatives.
Contribute to vendor selection, solution evaluation, and technical due diligence.
5. Operational Support & Project Enablement
Act as a trusted security partner for major transformation and modernization programs.
Support complex projects with hands-on technical expertise when required.
Help teams resolve architectural, integration, and security challenges.
Facilitate security risk arbitration in collaboration with GRC and Cyber Defense teams.
Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operational security.
6. Team Leadership & Capability Development
Lead and develop a global team of cybersecurity architects and engineers.
Foster a strong culture of technical excellence, pragmatism, and collaboration.
Develop competencies in cloud security, OT security, zero trust, and secure engineering.
Contribute to succession planning and talent development.
7. Stakeholder Management & Communication
Engage with senior Global Tech and Industrial leaders.
Translate technical risks and architectural choices into business-oriented language.
Support executive-level decision-making on cybersecurity investments.
Represent cybersecurity architecture in global governance forums.

Experience & Qualifications
15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT architecture, or security engineering.
Proven experience in large, international, and industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong background in enterprise security architecture and large-scale security programs.
Demonstrated exposure to OT/ICS cybersecurity and industrial environment is a plus.
Track record of supporting major digital transformation programs is a plus.
Technical Skills
Enterprise and cloud security architectures (Zero Trust, IAM, SASE, EDR/XDR, CASB, DLP).
Network and infrastructure security (segmentation, firewalls, secure connectivity).
OT/ICS security architectures (IEC 62443, Purdue Model, industrial segmentation).
Cloud platforms and container environments.
Soft Skills & Leadership Profile
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
Ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations.
