We're Hiring: RTD Commercial Analyst - Apprenticeship

Pernod Ricard offers an incredible opportunity to become an RTD Commercial Analyst for 1 year starting in September 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

Your Mission:

Live Market Management

• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends across EMEA-LATAM
• Drive strategic projects across the region: portfolio reviews, supply-demand optimization, performance analysis, and New Product Development
• Monitor and analyze RTD SKU performance metrics including penetration, sales forecasting, and net revenue trends
• Assess the opportunity for our RTD portfolio expansion within existing markets
• Provide dedicated commercial support to tier-2 markets in the region.

Market Expansion & Partnerships:

• Support market entry projects for RTD brands in high-potential regions (Africa, LATAM, Eastern Europe, Asia)
• Develop comprehensive market assessments including opportunity sizing, business case modeling, capability gap analysis, and portfolio fit evaluation
• Establish performance frameworks and conduct ongoing evaluation of third-party partnerships using clearly defined KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Portfolio, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless Integrated Business Planning

Your Profile:

• Fluent in English.
• You are pursuing a master’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent project management skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Results-driven and strong communication and negotiation abilities
