About the role

We are looking for a VP Acquisition & Growth to lead and scale Perifit’s international customer acquisition function across multiple markets (>15 countries).

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role sits within the Revenue organization, alongside Brand, B2B, and E-commerce teams.

The VP Acquisition & Growth is in charge of driving profitable acquisition internationally, improving paid media efficiency, building scalable acquisition and growth practices across channels and countries, and managing the Acquisition & Growth team.

This is a senior leadership role combining strategic ownership, analysis, execution, and team management, with a strong international scope.

Your mission is to build and operate a high-performing international acquisition & growth engine.

You ensure acquisition strategies:

  • scale effectively across markets,

  • adapt to local specificities,

  • and remain efficient and resilient as Perifit grows globally.


Key responsibilities

🔹 Own international acquisition within the Revenue organization

  • Define and lead Perifit’s international acquisition & growth strategy in line with Revenue objectives.

  • Own topline revenue growth across markets, with clear accountability on performance and scalability.

  • Drive qualified, multi-country traffic growth while ensuring channels efficiency and profitability.

  • Prioritize markets, channels, and acquisition levers based on growth potential, performance, and scalability.

  • Scale existing markets and support the launch of new geographies.

  • Act as a key partner to the CRO on international acquisition strategy, trade-offs, and growth decisions.


🔹 Innovation & Exploration

  • Identify, test, and structure new growth levers and acquisition opportunities across markets and channels.

  • Own and drive the creative strategy for acquisition, in close collaboration with Brand and Creative teams.

  • Expand beyond core paid media through CRM, partnerships, healthcare professional affiliation, and emerging channels.

  • Improve efficiency and scalability through tooling, automation, and optimized processes.

  • Foster a strong test-and-learn culture and continuous experimentation mindset.


🔹 Data & Optimization

  • Own performance measurement through clear, actionable KPIs.

  • Partner closely with Data and Finance teams to ensure reliable, decision-ready international performance analysis.

  • Standardize measurement, reporting, and decision-making frameworks across markets.

  • Continuously optimize budget allocation and resource deployment to maximize business impact.


🔹 Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, structure, and scale the international Growth & Acquisition team (7 people). The team’s roles span traffic management, SEO, growth, and creative strategy.

  • Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance standards across markets.

  • Develop team capabilities, support career growth, and drive long-term performance.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.

  • Act as a strong cross-functional leader, aligned with E-commerce, Brand, Data, and Product teams.


Profil recherché

Profile we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in acquisition, growth, or performance marketing, with a strong international track record.

  • You have a strong expertise of the main acquisition channels: paid social, paid search, SEO, and analytics.

  • You bring a strong data-driven mindset: analysis, attribution, modeling, and the ability to rely on data to make sound decisions.

  • You are agile, collaborative, and impact-oriented: you move fast, test, and continuously optimize.

  • You demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership, with the ability to align and mobilize teams even without direct reporting lines.

  • You thrive in a test-and-learn culture and are driven by challenge, ambitious targets, and fast-paced environments.

  • You are deeply committed to feminist values and comfortable engaging in open conversations about women’s health topics, such as urinary leaks and other everyday issues women face, without treating them as taboo.

  • Fluent in English and French required

  • Case study & interviews with Clémence, Head of Growth and Elodie

  • Cultural Fit interview with Juliette, traffic manager

  • (If needed) final interview with HR and/or a co-founder
