WHY this position is of utmost importance to reach our mission ?

We are looking for an additional Senior Product Marketing Manager for our "Accounting" Track. You will contribute in defining the role and strategy for a new scope. You will work on our sales-led go-to-market, and work in close partnership with both our product and business teams (account executives, account management, support, education, ...), with the goal to help grow our market share.

Your scope will include a couple of key responsibilities, including ⏬

  • Launching features dedicated to larger companies and making sure they're adopted

  • Crafting our messaging, positioning & packaging

  • Defining the Go to Market strategy & execution for product releases

  • Orchestrating several features releases into limited product launches

  • Owning the feedback loop between the Product and Business teams

  • Becoming the main point of contact for Sales to Product & Product to Sales

Within one month

  • You’ll learn everything about our company, our teams, and our vision

  • You’ll familiarize yourself with the product and the accounting industry (you will have access to a lot of documentation and trainings organized by your peers)

  • You’ll get a very deep knowledge of our Product organization, methods, and culture

Within 3 months

  • You’ll have significant impact on the launch of at least two new features.

  • You'll be able to "shape the way we work", by identifying gaps in current go-to-market strategies, process improvement opportunities, and being driven by an "ROI-approach"

  • You’ll start leveraging users and market insights to influence the Product roadmap and prioritization

  • You’ll foster evangelization of the Product Marketing function all across the organization

Within 6 months

  • You’ll have built solid and fluid processes enabling optimal feature launches and maximizing value of user research

  • You’ll be the go-to person to efficiently support and enable the Sales, Growth & CS teams on your scope

  • You’ll leverage an extensive market understanding to build the right pricing strategy

  • You’ll put user engagement, feature adoption and utilization at the core of the Product manager’s concerns

  • The PMM team is expecting to grow in the future, which means you’ll have opportunities to recruit, mentor and grow the team

  • We want to put the PMM team at the core of the product and business strategy and go-to-market

  • Identify future business opportunities to go after

  • Familiar with B2B Sales methods and environment

  • Very strong organizational capacities

  • Able to collaborate with Sales, Sales enablement and third-parties counterparts

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad range of technical and business audiences in simple, compelling French and English.

We're working on providing those last advantages to our people based outside of France as well, but it can be quite more complex depending on different countries.
