  • Partner strategically with Hiring Managers to refine role requirements, design compelling job descriptions, and align hiring expectations with business goals.

  • Enhance employer branding initiatives by ensuring consistent and compelling messaging that positions the company as a top tech employer.

  • Optimize recruitment tools, metrics, and processes to boost efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and elevate hiring quality.

  • Ensure rigorous compliance with internal policies and multi-jurisdictional legal obligations throughout all hiring activities.

    Onboarding & New-Hire Experience

  • Lead preboarding and onboarding planning in close collaboration with managers to ensure readiness from day one.

  • Drive an engaging and seamless new-hire experience (including a structured 30-60-90 plan) ensuring every new employee feels welcomed, informed, and connected to Payxpert’s mission, culture and ways of working.

    Learning & Development

  • Coordinate learning needs analysis and monitor training delivery and outcomes to support continuous capability improvement.

  • Support the rollout of development programs and learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and employee growth paths.

    Performance Management

  • Enable smooth execution of performance cycles, ensuring timelines, communication, and documentation are effectively managed.

  • Champion a culture of continuous feedback and performance excellence, encouraging proactive coaching and accountability at all levels.
