E-Commerce Assistant – INTERNSHIP / APPRENTICESHIP - ARGENTUM

Join Argentum, a luxury skincare brand, as an E-Commerce Assistant intern/apprentice. You will be responsible for updating and optimizing the website, preparing weekly performance reports, writing newsletters, supporting paid media activities, and handling customer service. Ideal candidates should be perfectly bilingual in English, have strong writing skills, and a keen interest in luxury beauty and skincare.

Missions clés

Mettre à jour et optimiser le site web d'Argentum, y compris les pages produits, le contenu et les améliorations UX.

Préparer des rapports hebdomadaires sur les performances du e-commerce, y compris le trafic, la conversion et les ventes.

Rédiger et construire des newsletters en anglais parfait, et contribuer à l'engagement client.

YOUR MISSIONS

Update and optimize the Argentum website: product pages, content, offers, UX improvements.

Prepare weekly e-commerce performance reports (traffic, conversion, sales, engagement).

Write and build newsletters in perfect English; contribute to CRM and customer engagement.

Support paid media activities (Google Ads, Meta) with the E-commerce & CRM Manager.

Handle daily customer service (email, chat, social media) and ensure a premium brand experience.

Profil recherché

YOUR PROFILE

Perfectly bilingual English (native-level writing required).

Strong writing skills and sensitivity to luxury brand tone of voice.

Organized, curious, detail-oriented, with a strong digital mindset.

Interest in luxury beauty, skincare or premium lifestyle.

First experience in e-commerce, CRM or digital marketing is a plus.

Knowledge of Shopify or similar tools appreciated.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

·  Telephone pre-screening with HR based on CV and prerequisites.

·        Interview with HR and line manager (N+1).

·        Meeting with the N+2 and possibly a team member
