Our Vision & Mission

AI is rewriting how enterprises run. Payflows is the platform making it happen.

The world’s largest companies are held back by complexity - disconnected systems, slow approvals, and manual workflows across Finance, Procurement and Operations.

Payflows is building the AI-native Finance OS for enterprise - connecting every process, person, and system so work just flows. Approvals route automatically, payments execute intelligently and leaders gain real-time visibility into how, when and why payments are made.

In a world where speed, control and intelligence define competitive advantage, Payflows enables global enterprises to operate with precision - powered by AI.

One intelligent platform, endless possibilities.

The Role: Implementation Manager

You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Customer Success, and Delivery — ensuring every customer realises the full power of Payflows. From onboarding CFOs and Treasury teams to optimising workflows for procurement managers, you’ll lead seamless, high-impact implementations that set the tone for long-term success.

This isn’t a support role — it’s an ownership role. You’ll design the onboarding journey, manage execution, and act as the bridge between our clients and our product.

Your Mission

  • Lead end-to-end implementations — from project scoping to go-live, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality exceed expectations.

  • Partner with enterprise customers (Finance, Procurement, Treasury teams) to understand their workflows and tailor Payflows for maximum impact.

  • Own client onboarding — running kickoff calls, training sessions, and alignment meetings with precision and confidence.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to translate customer needs into product improvements and scalable workflows.

  • Track milestones and progress, proactively flagging risks, dependencies, and opportunities for acceleration.

  • Refine the implementation process — continuously improving documentation, tools, and playbooks to drive speed and consistency.

  • Champion customer outcomes — ensuring every client not only adopts Payflows but thrives with it.

Why Join Us

  • You’ll shape how enterprise customers experience Payflows from day one.

  • You’ll operate with extreme autonomy — if it’s rational, we make it happen.

  • You’ll join an elite team of builders and operators redefining how finance runs.

  • You’ll gain exposure to senior finance leaders across global enterprises.

Requirements:

Who you are:

  • You come from a background in Product Implementation, Customer Success, or Consulting, ideally within a fast-scaling B2B SaaS or fintech company. You’ve seen what “great” looks like — and you’re ready to build it from the ground up.

  • You have 3–4 years of experience managing complex client implementations, translating business objectives into execution plans, and ensuring customers see value fast.

  • You understand how to partner with Finance and Procurement leaders — CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors — speaking their language and aligning product capabilities to business outcomes.

  • You’ve run end-to-end implementation projects — from scoping and setup to training and go-live — owning delivery with accountability and precision.

  • You’re process-minded and data-driven, but you move fast. You design systems that scale, automate what slows you down, and always keep momentum.

  • You’re a confident communicator who can manage executive stakeholders externally and drive collaboration internally across Product, Sales, and Engineering.

  • You thrive in structured chaos — bringing clarity where others see complexity, and momentum where others see blockers.

  • You’re ambitious, composed under pressure, and motivated by impact — not titles. You want to build something that lasts.

  • You’ve successfully led enterprise or mid-market SaaS implementations, juggling multiple customers and timelines with discipline and precision.

  • You’re fluent in project management, owning planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple workstreams.

  • You have a strong grasp of process mapping and workflow optimisation, able to translate customer requirements into scalable configurations.

  • You’re experienced in driving cross-functional collaboration, aligning Sales, Product, and Customer Success around a single customer journey.

  • You’ve built and improved implementation frameworks, documentation, and playbooks to create repeatable excellence.

  • You use tools like HubSpot, Notion, and project trackers to stay organised, transparent, and accountable.

  • You’re analytical by instinct — turning feedback and data into insights that shape product and process improvements.

  • You combine empathy with execution — understanding customer pain points while staying laser-focused on delivery and outcomes.

Our Non-Negotiable’s:

  • Resilience — We’re on a multi-decade mission to reinvent enterprise finance. You embrace hard problems, adapt quickly, and thrive in the fight.

  • Hunger — You push yourself (and the company) to raise the bar every day. You don’t play to participate — you play to win.

  • Trustworthiness — You take ownership, communicate openly, and get it done with minimal supervision. You’re the steady hand in moments that matter.
