The position is based in France.
Position Overview
Join our Product team as a Product Builder. You will be responsible for evolving our product for France, driving both the product vision and its technical implementation through our in-house low-code platform, JetLang.

Key responsibilities
Develop and implement technical solutions on our low-code platform, JetLang
Understand and translate complex payroll rules (based on French labor code and rules defined by collective agreements) into efficient application logic
Refactor, optimize, and improve the existing codebase as part of our technical transformation
Rigorously test your developments and document your solutions
Ensure maintenance and run of your technical scope
Product skills required
Understand and prioritize the needs of our users (HR professionals, entrepreneurs, payroll managers)
Design solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives
Define the product vision and roadmap for your scope in collaboration with stakeholders
Measure the impact of your developments and iterate based on user feedback
Collaborate with Product Designers, Engineers, and other Builders
Profile we're looking for
You have an engineering degree (computer science, general engineering) OR payroll management background with strong technical aptitude
You have +2 years of experience in product management or project management, with demonstrable results
You have experience in development or technical configuration (low-code, no-code, scripting, or programming languages)
You have proven ability to master complex domains and structure them

Your future team
You will join one of the squads of the Payroll Experience or Company & Employee Experience product team. The team is composed of 3 squads with, in average, 5 Product Builders per squad. Together, we focus on identifying the most valuable problems to solve for our users, enabling the team to quickly ship and iterate with our low code platform. Our ambition is to design and build, from scratch, the most advanced and user-friendly payroll solution ever created.

4. Interview with your future manager - 45min
