YOUR MISSION 🚀
Reporting directly to the founder and CEO, you will support him in his mission to structure and rapidly grow the company.
You’ll assist the CEO in his tasks, understanding the problematics, finding innovative solutions and developing action plans in harmony with the company’s strategy and values.
Your missions will be as varied as those of a CEO/COO, and will cover contributing to create an A Players team, installing a culture of performance and execution, putting the right systems in place and contributing to all HR, finance, legal, product marketing, office management operations.
To make the text efficient and easy to read, some adjectives/names are written in the masculine form, but let’s be clear, they all conjugate perfectly in the feminine form!

1 - 🔹 Make the company Scalable and turn it into a growth machine by Implementing Systems, Processes and workflows to reduce errors, save time and create magic
- Seek productivity enhancement opportunities in every departments
Solve problems effectively by eradicating the cause
- Create process, map current systems
- Transform Readings into internal Training
- Implement advanced automations
- Benchmark digital tools that will allow to scale
- Control Design, implement and control the execution of cross team processes and workflow using best practices in the area (Lean/Six sigma or equivalent).

2 - 📊 Data & Dashboard - Implement Dashboards, monitoring and analysis of KPIs
- Define KPIs, produce reports
Create dashboard & Set up BI and reporting tools (Data studio, Power BI)
- If a department does not have the right structure or tools for collecting or reporting figures, you’ll own it and to work with them to help them set up.
Extract insights from it
- Marketing : performance of acquisition channels, traffic, campaigns…
- Product/Customer Success: customer life cycles, Upsell, Churn, LTV, usage and user cohorts
- Sales: Pipe, business cycle and activities, revenue model…
- Implement Marketing Segmentation

3 - Leads the execution of strategies developed by the CEO and our COO & Act as project Manager on strategic projects
Depending our zone of genius, these are examples of strategics projects you could own :
- Explore opportunities to develop and improve our product.
- Implement Growth hacking & Marketing Tactics
- Scrape, automate and enrich lead bases for our acquisition strategy; participate in the SEO/SEA and paid social strategy on google/facebook ads
- Manage CEO Social Media ( ex : Linkedin Inbound messages )
- Find Offices or Apartments to buy at a great price
- Set up files for loans, financing ( ex : CIR ), Tax Credit
- Act as PR, connect with Influencers, find sponsors, affiliates partners and get David our CEO on the top podcasts and medias
- Find new ventures to buy ( youtube channel, domains name, companies ) and execute and negociate on it
- Improve the employer Brand
- Source top talents people, Reviewing Applicants
- Find the right freelance
- Our CEO created a Notion Data Base of more than 200 things to implement in order to scale 🚀, you’ll be able to pick and implement.
- Serve as the ambassador of OKRs within the company, track KPIs, make sure OKRs are well setup across departments business units towards achieving strategic
- Ensure the company strategy is translated into team objective setting; setting team priorities; liaising with other departments and senior leaders regarding strategic planning, alignment and coordination
- Project Management : manage strategic cross-teams projects, and ensure they are delivered on time.
4. ♜ Strategy - contribute to the strategic vision of the company, screen markets and competition, produce business analyses, build models of growth, etc.).
- Market research & strategy : Explore new ventures such as strategic partnerships, country launch, new business lines, M&A, etc.
- Identify new growth levers, potential partners, companies to acquire
- Challenge, formalize, and ensure good execution of the strategy
