Descriptif du poste

Since 2015, papernest has been transforming the way people manage their contracts, making subscription, management, and switching simple through one smart, intuitive platform.

We have supported more than 2 million customers across France, Spain, and Italy. Along the way, we have continued to invest in new verticals, establishing papernest as a high-performing, innovative, and competitive scale-up in a fast-growing market.

With over 900 employees, we are strengthening our position as a European market leader.

As Head of RevOps, you will be the architect of our growth engine: our Business teams (strategic partnerships and SMB).

Your responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead & Scale: Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of 10–15 people, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Organizational Design: Define the RevOps roadmap and ensure the team is structured to support our rapid scaling.

Process Optimization & Efficiency:

  • Funnel Management: Audit and refine the end-to-end revenue process to eliminate friction points.

  • Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks within the sales and onboarding cycles to improve team velocity.

Data Strategy & Insights:

  • Single Source of Truth: Own the revenue data stack. Ensure data integrity across all platforms and provide executive-level reporting on North Star metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn, Pipe Velocity).

  • Forecasting: Build and maintain sophisticated revenue models to provide leadership with predictable growth projections.

Tech Stack Ownership:

  • Architecture: Manage and optimize our CRM and integrated tools (Salesloft, Looker, Zapier, etc.).

  • Enablement: Work with the Enablement team to ensure all revenue-generating roles are fully trained on tools and processes.

Your profile :

You are a strategic leader with a "hands-on" approach, and capable of turning complex numbers into actionable growth strategies. You excel at building scalable processes and mentoring high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Sales Leadership, with at least 3 years specifically in a RevOps role within a fast-growing SaaS or Marketplace environment.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing, scaling, and mentoring teams of 10+ people. You know how to delegate effectively while remaining hands-on when necessary.

  • Analytical Rigor: You are "data-obsessed." You don't just report numbers; you provide actionable insights that drive revenue.

  • Tech Savvy: Expert knowledge of the modern CRM ecosystem and data visualization tools .

  • Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in French or Spanish is a major plus given our European footprint.

What we offer :

💸 Compensation: a plan for Subscription Warrants for Company Creators (BSPCE) in accordance with company regulations, as well as a Pluxee card to manage your tax level through a voluntary compensation system across different services (transportation, dining, and childcare).

🏆 Benefits: as a home insurance provider and a supplier of green electricity and gas, we offer attractive deals to our employees. After all, there’s no reason why things should only be simpler for our customers!

🩺 Health: medical insurance through Alan or Sanitas to manage your healthcare expenses in an ultra-simple, paperless way, with up to 50% coverage by papernest (after 6 months in the company).

🍽️ Meals & partnerships: a healthy breakfast offered every Tuesday, as well as partnerships with various services in Barcelona (restaurants, sports, leisure, and care centers).
