About the role:

Development of a UI application testing framework aimed at automating user interface tests while ensuring compliance with regulatory constraints in the diagnostics domain. The role involves selecting and implementing a suitable testing framework, integrating it into the CI/CD pipeline with the development team, and generating test evidence to support the software verification phase. This 6-month internship is based in Paris.

In particular, you will:

• Obtain a proof of concept (POC using Playwright) from the development team to gain a thorough understanding of the product.

• Identify and document all requirements to ensure compliance with our needs (CI/CD, regulatory, etc.).

• Develop an automated test framework to guarantee:

  • Feature coverage

  • Specification coverage

  • Code coverage

• Ensure the framework can be effectively used during:

  • CI / CD processes

  • The verification phase

About you

Required qualifications / experience:

• MSc year 2+ level  in applied mathematics, computer science, software engineering or an associated field

• Experience with development languages: HTML, CSS, and TypeScript

• Knowledge of web application development

• Understanding of basic communication protocols (HTTP, REST APIs, TCP, frontend-backend interactions)

• Fluent in English

• Highly organized and meticulous about details

• Authorization to work legally in France

Optional Qualifications/Experience:

• General understanding of the constraints imposed by a regulated environment

• Knowledge of software testing processes, from specifications to software release

• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
