Customer Support Representative Polish/English and Italian/German

Join our team as a Customer Support Representative, where you will be the first point of contact for customers from various countries. You will diagnose and fix billing and administrative issues, participate in projects, and promote the OVHcloud brand. In six months, you will become independent in troubleshooting standard issues, and in one year, you will provide complex resolutions and develop technical skills. Fluency in Polish, English, and Spanish or German is required, along with great communication skills and a customer service orientation.

Your main responsibilities
- to be the first point of contact for customers from different countries worldwide
- to listen and empathize with customers, diagnose and fix their problems related to billing and administrative issues

Skills required :

- Fluent Polish, English and Spanish or German

- Readiness to work on shifts (business hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM - 6PM in 8 hour shifts)
- Great communication skills
- Independence and curiosity in searching for solutions
- Oriented towards great customer service
- Ability to manage priorities
- Ability to work efficiently within a team
- Willingness to work with new technologies and to develop

That’s a plus :

- Experience in similar position: Help Desk, Service Desk in an IT environment
