Finance Manager

Join a fast-growing global company as a Finance Manager. You will work under the supervision of the CFO and be responsible for providing accurate financial data to the CEO, CFO, and business unit heads. Missions clés

Collaborer avec le cabinet comptable pour surveiller et vérifier les comptes, superviser les clôtures financières mensuelles et gérer les créances clients.

Coordonner les processus de planification financière et d'analyse, contribuer à la préparation du budget annuel et aux exercices de révision.

Préparer des rapports détaillés mensuels et trimestriels pour la direction et les investisseurs, en mettant en évidence les indicateurs de performance clés.

Profil recherché

The candidate will work under the supervision of the CFO. We are looking for someone highly organized, autonomous, and responsible for providing accurate financial data to the CEO, CFO, and business unit heads. This data will be crucial for making informed management decisions.

As the Financial Controller/Finance Manager*, you will oversee the following areas:

Operations and General Accounting

  • Collaborate with the accounting firm: monitor and verify accounts

  • Oversee monthly financial closings

  • Track and manage client receivables and collections

  • Ensure timely payment to external service providers

Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Coordinate FP&A processes: contribute to the annual budget preparation and reforecasting exercises

  • Performance Analysis: Review monthly financial results against the budget and forecasts, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions

  • Cash Management: Anticipate and manage cash flows and banking relationships

Financial Reporting and Communication

  • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports for management and investors, highlighting key financial performance indicators, KPIs, and variance analyses

Pricing & Contract Management

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to define and execute deals and pricing strategies for all product offerings.

  • Standardize and manage client contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.

External Communication

  • Liaise with external parties, including accountants, lawyers, banks, clients, and suppliers

\An intern will be available to assist you with daily tasks as you carry out these responsibilities.*

Desired Profile

  • Master’s degree (top university, business school or engineering school)

  • Previous experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar role, in a startup/scaleup and in audit, TS, VC, finance control

  • Proficiency in Excel, and Google Suite

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Fluent in English, as a significant part of the activity is in the USA
