As a Data Analyst & Automation Manager, you will take full ownership of our data infrastructure, analytics, and internal data-driven automation projects.

You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our BI stack, building advanced data models to support business decision-making, and developing lightweight automations to improve internal processes.

You will work closely with the COO and cross-functional teams (Operations, RevOps, Product) to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire BI stack:

  • Monitor ETL pipelines (Stitch) and handle incident resolution.

  • Maintain and develop data transformation pipelines in DBT.

  • Manage scheduled queries and pipelines in BigQuery.

  • Build and maintain LookML models, dashboards, and user access in Looker.

• Build advanced data models to support cross-functional initiatives (e.g. pricing optimization, mission-photographer matching algorithms, operational forecasts, etc.).

• Develop and maintain small-scale Python automations to replace manual processes, in collaboration with the RevOps manager.

• Ensure data quality, availability, and consistency across all systems.

• Partner with business stakeholders to design and deliver actionable data products.

• Continuously improve and evolve the data stack to support the company’s growth.

Preferred experience

• 4+ years experience in Data Analytics / BI / Data Engineering, ideally in a tech or tech-enabled environment.

• Strong experience across the full BI stack: DBT, BigQuery, Looker (LookML).

• Proficient in SQL (data modeling, analysis, troubleshooting).

• Proficient in Python (automation scripts, data processing, small-scale models).

• Solid understanding of applied data science techniques (forecasting, optimization, scoring models).

• Highly autonomous, capable of owning and driving the full data & automation scope.
