  • Ils mettent en lumière les principaux problèmes impactant la performance industrielle, et sélectionnent ceux que la technologie peut résoudre.
  • Ils embauchent des entrepreneurs talentueux et les accompagnent pour créer un produit avec leur équipe de design.
  • Ils co-construisent le produit avec leurs équipes tech et business, et l’améliorent jusqu’à ce que les clients payent pour la solution.
  • Ils lancent la start-up, en injectant du capital. Les entrepreneurs conservent 80% des parts de la société. OSS continue d’accompagner opérationnellement la start-up et siège au conseil de surveillance en qualité d’investisseur

Based in France, MyC already operates in Europe, Africa and America.

We just closed a fundraising to accelerate, become the leader and be the next MedTech unicorn.

🧭 A challenging Mission

MyC develops a unique platform for organizations to collect and manage health data from multiple sources. It paves the way to real-time overview and predictive analysis, enabling risk management at scale.

We sell our solution with a SaaS model, B2B only, worldwide.

👷 Your mission

1️⃣ Multiply by 15 our revenues within the next 24 months

  • Work with the cofounders to reach this target
  • Identify and create opportunities, close contracts
  • Improve or develop all necessary sales materials & process
  • Implement and optimize our sales strategy for both new and existing accounts
  • Actively participate in our strategic sales committee

2️⃣ Structure a top-notch team

  • Be a key player in our ambition to be the next MedTech unicorn
  • Start as the first full-time Sales of the company
  • Recruit and structure the future sales team
  • Evolve with the role to become the head of sales

Preferred experience

🧠 Profile

  • You’re looking for responsibilities and having a strong impact within an ambitious startup
  • 5+ years experience in SaaS sales (B2B) with an impressive track record
  • Passionate about selling, listening and asking your prospects the good questions
  • Ambitious, you want to grow and are obsessed by excellence
  • You love performance and give everything to achieves your goals
  • No is not an answer, just an obstacle to overcome
  • Strong leadership, ability to manage a team, smart and result-driven
  • Autonomous, organized and thorough
  • Always learning mindset
  • You’re a doer, taking controlled risks
  • You’re a tech native, at ease with modern tools
  • Fluent in both French and English
