  • Education level (e.g. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, internship, or apprenticeship).

  • Key skills and/or main technologies, methods, tools (e.g. JavaScript).

  • Soft skills, always contextualized (e.g. “curiosity to explore new technologies,” “autonomy in project management,” “team spirit to share ideas and co-create solutions”).

  • Nice to have: an additional skill, a specific interest, or a willingness to learn a differentiating subject (e.g. “And if you’re interested in developing your skills in application security, that’s even better!”).

Recruitment process:
