• Uncover insights through data exploration and visualisation that inform product direction and strategic choices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define success metrics, identify opportunities, and validate hypotheses.
• Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis, user flow diagnostics) to evaluate new product ideas and optimize existing features.
• Build self-serve tools and dashboards that empower teams with visibility into key metrics like adoption, retention, and feature usage.
• Translate data into decisions with clear, compelling narratives tailored to stakeholders of all technical levels.

🧠 What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in product analytics, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Mastery of SQL for wrangling complex datasets; familiarity with Python or R for deeper statistical analysis.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and a passion for clean, insightful visualisations.
• Strong understanding of product development cycles, user behaviour analysis, and experimentation methodology.

• Clear, structured communicator — whether in writing, presentations, or casual conversations.
