WHY WE NEED YOU
Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Helpdesk & Internal Services team to support the continued development of our internal Helpdesk application.
Your mission will be to evolve and improve the Helpdesk platform, in order to streamline operational processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management for all Scalers.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.
You will be part of a 3-person team working on both daily operational tasks and internal tooling projects. The Helpdesk team manages the internal lifecycle of Scalers and ensures efficient access, device, and license management through its centralised application. You will also collaborate closely with the Internal Services team.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Tasks
Develop new features for the internal Helpdesk application
Contribute to technical evolutions and improvements of the existing system
Interconnect the Helpdesk with new tools and APIs
Investigate and resolve bugs to ensure reliability and performance
Collaborate with the team to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in improving automation within the Helpdesk
Work with GitLab workflows and contribute to clean, maintainable code
Support the team in enhancing the overall user experience for internal stakeholders
Suggest and prototype improvements—your ideas are welcome
Document your developments and integrations
ABOUT YOU
HARDSKILLS :
Basic experience with NodeJS (React, Express.js)
Familiarity with MongoDB and Redis
Ability to work with and integrate REST APIs
Knowledge of version control, especially GitLab
Previous experience developing small applications or projects (school, personal, internship)
SOFTSKILLS :
Autonomy and ability to structure your work
Curiosity and willingness to learn
Rigor in coding and documentation
Strong communication skills
Team spirit and willingness to ask questions when needed
