Descriptif du poste

As the Chief of Staff at Omaha, you will work closely with management to keep the company running and growing. Your scope spans HR, finance, marketing and events — from supporting hiring and onboarding, to maintaining financial oversight, to organizing business events and animating company life. You'll be at the center of everything, with real visibility and direct impact in a small, fast-moving international team.


  • Work closely with management on strategy and business development

  • Be the connective tissue between product, research, and commercial teams

  • Prepare investor materials, board updates and partner communications

  • Organize business events and represent Omaha externally

  • Oversee HR processes and support hiring as we grow

  • Maintain a clear view of financial operations and reporting

  • Animate company life and keep the team culture strong

  • Spot what's slowing us down and fix it

Profil recherché

  • Master's degree in any field

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-moving environment

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Comfortable working with new tools and technologies, quick to adapt

  • Highly creative and flexible — able to juggle priorities and find solutions on the fly

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
