Your day at NTT DATA

The transition and governance consultant will be responsible for supporting the sales and delivery teams by providing expert guidance on service transition strategies and governance frameworks. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition of services.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and develop customized service transition and governance solutions.
• Conduct detailed assessments of client environments to determine transition requirements and potential challenges.
• Develop and present compelling proposals, including technical and business justifications, to clients and stakeholders.
• Highlight the NTT proposal by demonstrating its proficiency in governance and transition, which helps build client trust.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching towards transition managers on best practices for service transition, including planning, execution, and post-transition support.
• Design and implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards, NTT standards and client requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in service management and governance.

Here is what we are looking for in candidates:

• Master or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business or Project Management.
• Possession of certifications such as ITILv4 (foundation, practice manager and managing professional), PMP or prince2, SAFe (Scrum Master level), COBIT 2019 is an advantage.
• Extended track record of successfully managing complex transition projects and client relationships.
• Extended project management skills, including scope management, timeline tracking, stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
• Strong coaching capabilities to effectively guide and develop team members in the areas of service transition and governance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Extended understanding of integrated IT services and solutions focus on cloud services and infrastructure solutions.
• Extended problem-solving and analytical abilities to address challenges and find solutions.
• Extended change management expertise to guide clients through the transition process and manage expectations.
• Client-centric approach with the capability to identify customer problems and provide optimal solutions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
• Bilingual: Dutch or French, and English.
