Your day at NTT DATA

As a Network Architecture & Engineering Team Lead, you’ll lead a small team of experts designing and delivering cutting-edge IT network solutions. You’ll drive strategic goals, foster innovation, and ensure operational excellence across architecture, presales, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive presales activities: assess client needs, develop tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and participate in key client discussions.
• Act as a technical advisor in complex solution design and implementation.
• Oversee operational planning and execution of architecture initiatives.
• Support presales efforts by analyzing client needs and crafting tailored solutions and quotations.
• Align architecture strategies with business goals and present measurable value to stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a high-performing Technical Architecture team, including hiring, goal setting, and performance reviews. Approximately 70% of your time will focus on technical and presales work, while 30% will be dedicated to leadership and team management.
   

Required experience

• Strong network solution architecture expertise, at L4 level.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Solid presales experience, including solution design, client engagement, vendor management and a new business acquisition mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both English and Polish is required to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications in Cisco and enterprise architecture frameworks.
