We are seeking a seasoned Client Manager to drive growth, retention, and client satisfaction across regional accounts. This role involves managing and expanding relationships, aligning client needs with company solutions, and achieving revenue and margin targets. You will collaborate across offices to deliver exceptional client experiences, develop strategic account plans, and use tools like Salesforce to manage pipelines and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow client relationships to drive renewals and expansion.
  • Align client needs with tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Lead strategic account planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle and minimize churn.
  • Analyze competitive positioning and ensure compliance with trade policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong sales acumen and client engagement skills.
  • Proven success in partner management, business development, and IT/professional services sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce and managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; vendor certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent/native Dutch language skills are essential.
