About the Role

We are seeking a motivated AI Agent Development Intern to join our Go-to-Market Department. This role focuses on designing and building intelligent agents that streamline workflows, enhance cross-team collaboration, and improve operational efficiency. The intern will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, automate repetitive processes, and deliver AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Development : Explore AI agent frameworks, LLMs, and automation tools to identify the best fit for department needs. Prototype, test, and iterate on AI agent solutions.

• Process Automation : Analyze existing workflows in the Services Department to pinpoint inefficiencies. Build AI agents to automate repetitive tasks such as data entry, reporting, knowledge retrieval, or customer case triaging.

• Integration & Implementation : Connect AI agents with existing enterprise tools, knowledge bases, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, CRM, ticketing systems).Ensure smooth integration between services and support teams through automation.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of AI agent design, capabilities, and usage guidelines. Provide regular progress updates to the Services leadership team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

• Familiarity with Python and/or JavaScript for building AI/automation solutions.

• Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation.

• Exposure to LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Rasa, etc.) or conversational AI tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Prior experience with AI agents, chatbots, or automation projects.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) or CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning AI models.
